Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods by Tiny Tots Boutique and will form the basis of the Contract between us and you.  Before submitting your Order, please ensure that you have read these Terms and Conditions carefully.  We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction here at Tiny Tots Boutique.  We want you to be delighted with your purchase. All our items are hand packed to order and we only send out products in perfect condition. We will accept returns on any faulty items within 14 days of delivery.

We recommend that for your own protection you use a Signed For service and ask that you include a covering letter outlining your reasons for your dissatisfaction. If you are returning items due to damage in transit or a mistake on our part, we will refund your total costs including the return postage.

All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, in their original packaging and unopened. If an item appears to be opened and out of its original packaging no refund will be given.

WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS OF QUALITY RESULTING FROM EXTREMES IN WEATHER, BE IT HEAT, COLD OR WATER INGRESS.

You can of course cancel your order at any time during the ordering process up until your payment has been accepted. Once payment has been accepted the order will be deemed to be a binding contract and the terms for return listed above will need to be adhered to.

Price and Payment

We have made every reasonable effort to ensure that our prices, as shown on our website are correct.  Prices will be checked when we process your Order.  If the actual price of the Goods is lower than that stated in your Order, you will be charged the lower Price (unless the lower price was an obvious mistake that you could have reasonably recognised).  If the actual price of the Goods is higher than that stated in your Order, we will contact you to inform you and ask you how you wish to proceed.

Our Prices exclude the cost of delivery.  Delivery costs will be added on to the final sum due.
All payments for Goods must be made in advance before we can dispatch the Goods to you. Details of payment methods can be found on our website.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days, often they are sent the same or next day, this does depend on the volume of orders we have at the time the order is placed. We do not dispatch items on bank holidays.

All UK orders are sent tracked and signed for by the Royal Mail.

Please note that delivery dates may vary according to the availability of the Goods, your location, and circumstances beyond our control.

If for any reason we are unable to deliver the Goods at your chosen delivery address, and the Goods have been returned to our premises, requesting that you contact us to arrange re-delivery at a cost to you.

Lost Parcels

Please wait at least 15 days before contacting us after you’ve received the dispatched confirmation email.

If your parcel is late please check the tracking number on your email confirmation and check your mailbox for a Royal Mail attempted delivery slip. If this isn’t checked and your parcel has been held and not collected from your local DO it will be forwarded to the national returns centre. If the item(s) arne’t returned to us they cannot be refunded.

If a parcel has not been delivered we will contact Royal Mail for you. Please be patient as this is out of our control and investigations can take up to 3 weeks. If the investigation shows that the parcel was delivered we will not be able to offer a refund. However, if it confirms the parcel has been lost, we will offer you a re-order (stock dependant), credit or refund.
